The primary focus of the Customer Service Representative is to not only meet and exceed company sales goals but also to nurture long-term relationships with our client’s customers. This role provides the opportunity to make a tangible impact by offering personalized and professional customer interactions that align with the core values of hospitality.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client’s offerings to effectively explain services, answer customer inquiries, and ensure clients receive the products they genuinely need.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules.
  • Take initiative to address challenges and demonstrate a “can-do” mindset when faced with difficult or high-pressure situations.
  • Maintain a professional, positive demeanor, exemplifying trustworthiness and hospitality in every customer interaction.
  • Oversee and support a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives, ensuring consistent service excellence.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality, including retail or restaurant roles.
  • Ability to learn, apply, and communicate product or service knowledge effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development to enhance hospitality skills and improve the customer experience.
  • Strong ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping others and fostering positive relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
