As a Community Outreach Representative, your main objective will be to qualify and enroll potential prospects, guiding them through the sign-up process and ensuring they fully understand the value of the services offered.

In this role, you will work directly with local community members to qualify them for the available products, educating them about the positive impact these tools can have on their lives. You will generate excitement and foster connections, helping individuals engage.  Community Outreach Representative Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with prospective enrollees in the local community, educating them about the products and services and assisting them through the qualification and sign-up process.
• Qualify potential customers to determine eligibility for specialized products, while driving self-generated lead activity to build a referral pipeline.
• Work closely with fellow Community Outreach Representatives and the customer service team to learn best practices, refine outreach methods, and develop streamlined marketing strategies.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sign-up process and continue offering support even after enrollment.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment by collaborating with colleagues and maintaining professional, friendly relationships across all departments.

 Community Outreach Representative Qualifications:

• Education: An Associate's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, community engagement, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Strong emotional intelligence, with superior verbal and written communication abilities.
• Professionalism: A professional, reliable, and genuine demeanor with a proven track record of building meaningful relationships with community members, coworkers, and clients.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent listening skills, strong organizational abilities, and exceptional time management.
